1. What Sheel AI Does
Sheel AI is a concierge service that helps you find and book home cleaning services. We contact local cleaning businesses on your behalf, collect quotes, and present them to you. You choose which business to book, if any.
2. What Sheel AI Is Not
Sheel AI is not a cleaning company. We do not employ, supervise, or control the cleaning businesses we connect you with. We are a marketplace and concierge service only. The cleaning business you book is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of their work.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are provided by third-party cleaning businesses, not by Sheel AI. Prices may vary from the initial quote based on the actual condition of your home, additional services requested, or other factors determined by the cleaning business. Sheel AI does not guarantee any quoted price.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
When you select a quote and confirm a booking through Sheel AI, we relay your confirmation to the cleaning business. Cancellation policies are set by each individual cleaning business. Contact the business directly or reach out to us to cancel or reschedule.
5. Payment
Sheel AI does not process payments. Payment is made directly between you and the cleaning business according to their payment terms and methods.
6. SMS and Communications
By using Sheel AI, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your quote requests, booking confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sheel AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from services performed by cleaning businesses connected through our platform. This includes but is not limited to property damage, theft, personal injury, or unsatisfactory service quality. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Sheel AI (which is currently $0 — we do not charge users).
8. Disputes with Cleaning Businesses
Any disputes regarding the quality of service, pricing, scheduling, or other issues are between you and the cleaning business. Sheel AI will make reasonable efforts to assist in communication but is not a party to your agreement with the cleaning business.
9. Use of AI
Sheel AI uses artificial intelligence to communicate with you and with cleaning businesses on your behalf. AI-generated communications may occasionally contain errors. We do our best to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information relayed is error-free.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
